After you have booked an apartment - please control your received confirmation. You are responsible for checking that the dates are correct. Guest data will not be shared with, or sold to, a third party, and will be stored according to Norwegian law. You must be minimum 18 years to book an apartment.

Wi-fi, TV, linen and cleaning of the room and bathroom are included. Guests have to clean the kitchen themselves. If the kitchen is not cleaned before departure, you will be invoiced a minimum of NOK 300.

Payment has to be made in full when booking the apartment. Loen Apartments is responsible for all credit card transactions made through this website.

The cancellation deadline is 3 days before arrival (free of charge). By cancellations, after this deadline, there is no refund. Cancellation must be done in writing or oral to the hotel by the person responsible for the booking.
